Shipping Policy

LineExpress ships all orders from our UK warehouse to addresses across the United Kingdom and selected European destinations. Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery options are available at checkout for faster delivery. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your cast iron cookware arrives in perfect condition. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's progress. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day. For European deliveries, additional customs or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
